Agave & Rye, a Tequila and Bourbon Hall is coming to town and we can’t be more excited! They are promising epic food – with 20 different tacos and 7 different chips & dips and it’s all made from scratch. Good news for Tequila and Bourbon lovers, the restaurant offers more than 90 tequilas, more than 85 bourbons and if you are a cocktail lover, do not fear since they are offering more than 10 house cocktails. Agave & Rye is not only famous for their epic food and epic drinks, but also for epic handcrafted artwork unique to each location. Agave & Rye CEO and Founder Yavonne Sarber said that the interior of the restaurant will evoke a style that blends soothing and contemporary décor. High, lofty ceilings will be blue, like the sky on summer’s night, she said.

There is going to be 50 – 60 employees who will take care of large number of guests – the interior will seat 170 guests, with 40 of those seats at the bar and 100 seats outdoor.
Some of the specialty that will be served in Bridge Street Town Centre are traditional Mexican street favorite “The Crown Jewel” that will feature truffle mac n’ cheese and lobster, “The Sensai” with soy and ginger kangaroo, hosin and rice noodles and “The All Nighter” with duck confit.
“This restaurant is built with heart and passion,” Sarber said. The restaurant’s concept is an interesting mix of fine and street art, 80’s music hits and today’s hits which gives it the feel of “urban grunge.”
That said, you don’t want to miss the big opening on April 28th in Bridge Street Town Centre.
