Pie Dough Making Workshop

Little Dipper Bakery & Cafe will be demonstrating how to make pie dough from scratch, using their easy-to-learn, no-fuss techniques and shortcuts. Participants will receive 3 pie discs to practice rolling, crimping, and decorating 2 pies.

The 1.5-hour session includes:

  • The proper technique to mix and roll pie dough through demonstration
  • The different techniques for crimping, topping, and decorating pies
  • Discussion on the different types of pie fillings, how to make them, and understanding how to check for doneness

By the end of class, participants will have two 9″ pies to take home ready for baking. Little Dipper Bakery & Cafe will provide fillings for each participant. Examples of fillings are buttermilk, pecan, chocolate fudge, apple, peach, strawberry, blueberry.

Registration will end 24 hours prior to the class start time.

If the booking is canceled within 48 hours of the class, there will be a $20 cancelation fee.

All participants receive 10% off in-store purchases the day of the event.
