Whataburger is coming to Huntsville! Harmon Dobson, a Whataburger’s founder and determined entrepreneur wanted to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” and that’s how the name was born.

Whataburger is still family owned and operated and every meal is made when it’s ordered. The restaurant uses 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun.

The first Whataburger already opened in Decatur last week. Huntsville’s restaurant is expected to start in September and hiring for managers is already underway. Company is planning to hire 100 people!
