The highly anticipated Huntsville Gem, Jewelry, and Mineral Show is right around the corner, and you’re invited to join the fun!

This year’s show promises to be bigger and better than ever! This will be the first show since cancelling last year’s show due to COVID-19!

The vendors are coming back, so there will be plenty of minerals, fossils, jewelry, and other goodies from the great vendors you know and love! Lapidary arts demonstrations, blacklight display room, fossils display, gem flume and kids area, refreshments and more.

Their expanded Kids’ Activity Area will include all the familiar activities your family loves, plus new activities such as building crystal models, classifying rocks, and identifying minerals using a “hardness” test. Younger children will enjoy making fossil “rubbings” to take home and getting their picture taken with their 8-foot tall T-Rex skeleton! There’ll also be a scavenger hunt (inside the show)!

PLUS! In honor of the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 15 lunar mission (July 26 – August 7, 1971) they’re going to display a real Moon Rock collected by Apollo 15 astronauts!
