These intriguing insects are most active as the sun is setting and it starts to get dark. You&#8217;ll learn about their life cycle and how you can create a habitat for them in your own backyard.<\/p>\n<p>This program includes a <strong>presentation on fireflies, a guided walk through the Garden, and an opportunity to catch fireflies.<\/strong> It is recommended to bring a<strong> clean, dry plastic jar with a lid<\/strong> (such as a mayonnaise jar) for a special firefly catch and release. And be sure to bring a <strong>flashlight<\/strong> for when it gets dark!<\/p>\n<p><em>Due to limited capacity, the only way to guarantee your spot in this program is by registering in advance, so reserve your place today!
