Spending quality time in nature is one of the best things you can do for your mind and your body. That’s why we suggest you try Yoga by the River! We’re sure that after only one session you’ll be hooked forever.
Yoga by the River is happening every Saturday in May and June from 8am to 9am and every Tuesday night in May and June from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. You can attend Yoga by the River tomorrow, on Tuesday, May 18th!
You will enjoy a relaxing, yet energizing hour of yoga next to the gently flowing waters of the Flint River in Hays Nature Preserve. Bring your yoga mat, water and a towel. Once you’re in Hays Nature Preserve follow signs which will direct you where to go.
Social distancing protocols will be followed.
