Dare to Explore: Milestones to Mars is an exhibit designed especially for young visitors with school groups and families. It takes visitors on a six-decade journey of space exploration and the innovations that have prepared humans to land on the moon and includes displays and activities to examine the past and demonstrate possible future – how we will work and live in space.
Dare to Explore is developed by the U.S. Space & Rocket Center’s exhibits team and it highlights historic artifacts and new technologies like Lockheed Martin’s proposed lunar ascent stage for the Artemis mission to return to the moon.
Dare to Explore is included with museum admission.
