Pasta lovers, brace yourselves – restaurant chain Noodles and Company is looking to expand into north, central and south Alabama within next year and yes, that includes Huntsville.
According to John Ramsay, vice president of franchise sales, Huntsville, among others, would start out with one location, but the hope is that the particular franchise would be a local individual overseeing a few restaurants on a region.
The Noodles and Company menu is easy to acclimate in each market. They offer standard pasta fare like spaghetti and meatballs, macaroni and cheese and pad thai. If you’re avoiding carbs you can order “zoodles” or zucchini noodles.
As Ramsay said: “What we bring is a single restaurant that guests can come to and everybody gets satisfied with what they’re creating that night or that day for their meals.”
He adds: “Our menu is very easy to adapt to. All the food is customizable and made to order. That’s the beauty of it.”
